NORTHEAST LOUISIANA TECHNICAL COLLEGE FIRSTCALL EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEM

The FirstCall service is part of an initiative by the Louisiana Board of Regents and supported by the Louisiana Community and Technical College System.

Messages to be distributed via text (SMS Number), phone, email.

Northeast Louisiana Technical College has implemented an emergency notification system with the activation of FirstCall - an interactive communications network. The FirstCall system uses voice, email and text messaging (SMS Number) to alert registered users to emergencies on campus.

Students - To Register Your Information:

NOTE:  You will be given an option to list a "SMS Number" - this information applies to text messages and is not a required field.

1.  Go to https://alertregistration.com/ltc8/  
2.  Click Register New Contact Information
3.  Enter your information
4.  Click Submit my contact information
5.  Done

Should an emergency develop on campus, this system would simultaneously begin notifying students, faculty and staff via a phone message, text messaging and email alerts.
